Automatic Timers
Automatic Timers are electrical devices that automatically switch connected lights or appliances on and off based on a set schedule.
They range from simple mechanical dials to precise digital and astronomical models.
Key Features
-
Automated Scheduling: They allow you to pre-set exact ON/OFF times for lights or devices, eliminating the need for manual operation.
-
Energy and Cost Savings: They prevent equipment from running unnecessarily, which reduces electricity consumption and lowers utility bills.
-
Enhanced Security: They can be programmed to turn lights on and off when you are away, effectively simulating occupancy to deter intruders.

Custom clips
Multi-purpose plastic clips used by professional and dedicated DIY installers to securely mount outdoor string lights along the roofline, gutters, and shingles of a home.
Key Features
Material/Durability: Typically made from Commercial-Grade UV-Protected Plastic for multi-season outdoor use and to resist sun damage.
Versatility: Most designs (like the "Omni Clip" or "All-in-One Clip") are engineered to attach securely to both Gutters (by clipping over the edge) and Shingles/Eaves (by sliding underneath).
Bulb Orientation: They hold the light sockets firmly, ensuring all bulbs are pointed in a uniform direction (either vertical or horizontal) for a clean, professional look.

Custom Fit Wire
Custom-fit lighting wires, often referred to as custom-cut stringers or light line, are professional-grade wire spools with pre-installed sockets that are designed to be cut to the exact length of a structure.
Key Features:
-
Commercial Grade: They use heavier gauge wire and thicker insulation for enhanced durability and long-term, all-weather outdoor use.
-
Customizable Power: They are sold without plugs, allowing the installer to attach zip plugs (male or female) only where needed for clean connection points.
-
Replaceable Bulbs: Since the sockets are designed for removable bulbs, the user can choose the exact bulb color, size, and style, and replace individual bulbs without replacing the entire string.

Free Service Calls
A "free service call" is a marketing incentive offered by home service companies where the initial trip charge or diagnostic fee is waived or credited back to the customer.
Key Features:
-
Credit on Repair: The upfront fee is only waived or refunded if you hire the company to perform the necessary repair. If you choose not to proceed with the work, you typically still pay the original diagnostic fee.
-
No-Obligation Estimate: In some promotional offers, the company provides the visit and diagnosis completely free, with no obligation to purchase a repair.
-
Encourages Commitment: The primary goal is to encourage the customer to choose that company for the repair, as they have already invested the cost of the service call.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our clips and attaching materials are designed to avoid damage to your property. In most cases, certain decorations—such as wreaths or garlands—may require hardware that penetrates the surface. In the case of columns or other areas that lights don’t want to hang properly, we will use a glue adhesive that could leave residue. When this is necessary, our installers follow standard practices to minimize impact and place materials in discreet, low-visibility areas whenever possible. If you have any specific concerns or restrictions, we encourage you to let us know before installation.
For exterior lighting installations, most clients do not need to be present, as our highly-trained installation teams can complete the job without supervision. However, if the power supply access is located inside a garage or behind a locked fence or gate, the homeowner would need to be home.
Yes, we are fully licensed and properly insured. If you are a commercial client or property owner with specific insurance coverage requirements, please let us know. We work with organizations of all sizes and are happy to provide a copy of our policy upon request.
The most common reason lights do not turn on is because a GFI (Ground Fault Interceptor) outlet has turned off as a safety feature, which is associated with your existing electrical wiring. Resetting a GFI outlet is easy: locate the outlet that is not working, make sure that all the electrical cords and lighting are dry, and simply push the reset button back in. If it does not reset, the outlet may still be sensing moisture, or the outlet has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
